Welcome to MIYULENS! By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

  • MIYULENS provides both cosmetic and prescription (powered) contact lenses.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct power degree based on their latest eye prescription.
  • Our lenses are not a replacement for medical treatment. Consult an eye specialist before purchasing.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are final and non-refundable, especially for powered lenses, as they are customized to your prescription.
  • Payment must be made in full before processing.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Prescription & Liability

  • MIYULENS is not responsible for incorrect prescriptions provided by the customer.
  • If you experience discomfort or vision issues, discontinue use immediately and seek professional advice.
  • Customers should not purchase lenses beyond their prescribed power range.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping times vary based on location, and delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.
  • MIYULENS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they are handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Powered lenses are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
  • Non-powered lenses may be exchanged only if unopened and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
  • Customers must provide photo/video proof of any defects before an exchange is approved.

6. Product Usage & Care

  • Follow proper hygiene and lens care instructions.
  • Always wash and dry your hands before handling lenses.
  • Do not sleep, shower, or swim while wearing lenses.
  • Discontinue use if you experience redness, pain, or irritation, and seek professional medical advice.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We respect customer privacy and will not share personal details with third parties.
  • Payment details are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

8. Changes to Terms

  • MIYULENS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
